MyCounties
& MyNations
The Computer Companions

My Own Captain's

Book
MyCounties and MyNations enable you to maintain checklist
files of the counties and nations you visit.
Instructions: Review the following before downloading.
See below for System Requirements.
1) After you click DOWNLOAD
NOW , you will be asked what to do with the file. Select save
file.
It is recommended that you put it
on your desktop.
2) Once on your desktop, double-click the file, called
MyInstal.
Click unzip and the software
will be installed for you. Click close.
3) The applications will be installed on your PC at:
C:\MyMaps\MyCounty and C:\MyMaps\MyNation.
4) You can delete the MyInstal file from your desktop
after the program has been successfully installed.
System Requirements:
MS Windows 3.1 or Windows 95 or later (Windows NT users refer to special instructions
at the bottom of this page)
Screen Resolution of 800 x 600 or better

After installing the software, Windows NT users need to do the following:
1) Use NT Explorer to move the MyCounty
application to the chklists folder.
2) Move the MyNation application to the wchklist
folder.
3) Change the View/Options to Show All Files.
4) "Right-click" on MyCounty and change its Properties
to Read Only and Hidden.
5) "Right-click" on MyNation and change its Properties
to Read Only and Hidden.
