What is needed: Simply provide a dBASE, ASCII, or Excel file with five-digit zip codes of each student or alumnus (one line per person).  Include your digital school logos (or we can download them off your internet site) and indicate your basic school colors and the font (type style) you wish for the map title.  Since we only need your zip codes, there's no need to worry about sending confidential information!

What you can get:

National Map  A 2-foot by 3-foot wall map, color coded in shades of your school colors showing the number of persons from each county in the United States.  This is known in cartography as a choropleth  map; an effective way of portraying this type of data.  The map will be computer-generated using high-grade photo-realistic plotter paper.  It will be mailed in a tube, making it suitable for framing.  All for a one-time design fee of only $95.00.  Click here to View a Sample Interactive Map.

State Map.  For maps of an individual state, it's a one-time charge of $145.00.  A dot map will be made in this case, enabling the reader to estimate the number of persons from EVERY town (5-digit zip code area) shown on the map!  Choropleth symbols standardized by population will also be incorporated.  Click here to View a Sample State Web Map.

Regional & Metropolitan Maps.  If you are interested in showing a unique geographic area, we will design one for you at a one-time charge of $195.00.

World Map.  If you would like a 2-foot by 3-foot choropleth map showing the number of alumni or students from each country, it's only $95.00. Click here to View a Sample Interactive Map.

Extra copies.   Extra copies of your maps in the same order cost only $19.95 each.  Prints on transparency film cost $24.95 each. If you re-order later, add a processing charge of $14.95 per map subject.

Updates and New Data Sets: Once your design has been created, we'll make new maps at a processing charge of $24.95 for each updated or new data set; plus $19.95 per plotted map. (Interactive web maps are $39.95 each to update.)

Internet Maps & Smaller-sized Maps: We can also design digital maps for use in reports, publications, your web site, or Powerpoint presentations.  The cost varies from $49.95 to $95.00, depending upon the extent of your order.  These maps are e-mailed to you.
