Important Update: This entry is not currently accessible due to the local roads reportedly being closed to public use. Once upon a time, nearly all state highway maps of Washington listed this and the next entry as points of interest. Fast-forward to present day, whereby the private roads and properties with no trespassing signs prevent access to these relatively modestly sized, yet quite unique, waterfalls. Perhaps someday an expert in water law will successfully win easement rights for the general public to visit these sites. Meanwhile, move on, nothing to see here.

Canyon Falls
Rating: ****
Form: punchbowl
Magnitude: 52 (h)
Access: NO LONGER ACCESSIBLE- PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH NO TRESPASSING
USGS Map: Index (1989)

Eagle Falls
Rating: *
Form: cascade
Magnitude: 28
Access: auto (page 45)
USGS Map: Index (1989)

Others

Bear Creek Falls, USGS Monte Cristo (1982 ns) and Deer Falls, USGS Blanca Lake (1982 ns) are accessible from trails off of Road #63. San Juan Falls, USGS Blanca Lake (1982 ns) is also said to be visible from the same road.  Refer to "Trips and Trails, 1", pp. 104-105 for directions.  If not within a restricted area, a trail is shown leading up to Lake Isabel Falls (u), USGS Index (1989 nl).  Gates are shown on the topographic map, suggesting restricted access to Mount Index Falls (u), USGS Index (1989 nl).
