Update: Jumpoff Joe Creek Falls, USGS Sexton Mountain (1996 ns) occurs within a private campground about 0.5 mile east of Interstate 5 off Hugo Exit 66. Additional descents reportedly exist nearby along the same stream.

Next to a road, but whose accessibility is not known, is Emigrant Creek Falls (u), USGS Siskiyou Pass (2001 nl).  No access could be found when searching for Chocolate Falls, USGS Mount Ashland (1998), which may be on private property anyway.
